St. Thomas More 62 - Watseka 37
The girls extended their record to 11-1 and undefeated in conference play , after a commanding 22 point 4th quarter defeating Watseka 62-37 on the road. . Brittany Einck paced the Sabers with 16 points including 2 three pointers. The Sabers had a double double again with Gina Hinders scoring 12 points, 14 rebounds, and 7 block shots. Maggie Fitzgerald had 7 points and 13 rebounds as well. Lisa Clarkson chipped in 10 points & 4 assists.
The seeding for the State Farm Christmas Classic were released and the girls received the #3 seed for the event over Christmas Break. The girls next game is Saturday against 3A Regina Dominican from Chicago here at STM. Good Luck Ladies!
