St. Thomas More 49 - Bloomington Cent. Catholic (#1 2A) 64
The girls lost to #1 ranked Bloomington Central Catholic 64-49 Saturday. After a back and forth first quarter and a half - BCC locked STM down only allowing one field goal in over 10 minutes of play. Gina Hinders led the Sabers with 18 points and 13 rebounds, and Miranda Becker chipped in 10 points. The girls are presently 15-4 and ranked 13th in the state with all four loses coming to state ranked opponents. They travel to CPCI on Thursday to resume SVC play.
