The girls defeated 3A Champaign Central in their first meeting every with the Maroons 56-51. The Maroons were ranked #20 in the state for 3A. Brittany Einck led the way with 17 points including two 3 pointers. Gina Hinders has her 2nd triple double of her career - 10 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 blocks (Her 8 offensive rebounds broke the school record). Maggie Fitzgerald had 9 points and broke the Saber record for rebounds pulling down 20 boards on the night.
