St. Thomas More 65 - Regional SemiFinal - Uni High 36
The girls started the playoffs shooting 30 for 55 from the field, and forced 25 turnovers defeating Uni High 65-36. Gina Hinders had 20 points for the Sabers and 9 rebounds. Maggie Fitzgerald had 13 with 12 rebounds. Brittany Einck had 6 points and 8 assists, while Miranda Becker had a great defensive effort for the Sabers. The girls will face PBL in the Regional Championship on Saturday at 1pm. Brittany Einck (10), Lisa Clarkson (8), and Sierra Myerscough (7) all advanced in the 3 point contest and will shoot at 12:10pm.
