IHSA Regional Champions 2010

The girls won their third Regional Championship in four years defeating PBL 56-44.  A great all around game by the entire team – Lisa Clarkson and Gina Hinders led the Sabers with 12 points each, while Jade Brinkoetter had 11 points; 9 of which all came in the 2nd quarter.  Maggie Fitzgerald had 8 points and Brittany Einck had 7 with Miranda Becker again having a great defensive effort for the Sabers. The girls move on to the Sectional Semi-Final on Tuesday against Bloomington Central Catholic at 8:10pm at BCC.

Both Lisa Clarkson & Brittany Einck advanced in the 3 point contest and will shoot at 7:40pm on Tuesday.
